Coconut Ladoos
Coconut ladoos, a very simple n easy sweet..made with condensed milk n dessicated coconut its really a delicious sweets..can prepare within half an hour..worth to try..
  1. Take a heavy bottomed kadai r pan..pour the condensed milk..wash the can n use to measure the dessicated coconuts..add half cup of water with the condensed milk n heat it..once they start boil, add 2 cups of dessicated coconuts,cardamom powder n stir them…keep the flame in simmer, else condensed milk will burn n stick in bottom..
  2. Add a tsp of water with food colour n add it with the coconut mix..add ghee n stir for a while.. they will turn as a dough,once the dough get off from the bottom of the pan put off the stove..
  3. Take a small quantity of coconut mix n make them as small balls..roll them with rest of the dessicated coconut n store them in a air tight box…can keep them in room temperature for 2 r 3 days..
  4. Yummy Coconut ladoos r ready to eat…
